Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 101-51
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
As used herein: “Public property” means real property (1) owned by a political subdivision of the State or (2) owned by the State in its own right and not owned by the United States. “Public property” shall not be deemed to include public lands, defined to be such by § 171-2.
