Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 107-30
- Council: means the state building code council. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 107-21
- Department: means the department of accounting and general services. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 107-21
- Legislative session: That part of a chamber's daily session in which it considers legislative business (bills, resolutions, and actions related thereto).
The department shall report to the legislature, no later than twenty days prior to the convening of each regular legislative session, on the council‘s activities and accomplishments.
