Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 107-31
- State building construction: means any building construction project or program initiated by a state agency or requiring the use of state funds. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 107-21
The design of all state building construction shall be in compliance with the state building code within one year of its effective date.
