Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 183D-5
- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- Defendant: In a civil suit, the person complained against; in a criminal case, the person accused of the crime.

- Game: means birds and mammals designated by law or by rule for hunting. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 183D-1
