  • Domestic violence: means physical harm, bodily injury, assault, or the threat of imminent physical harm, bodily injury, or assault, extreme psychological abuse or malicious property damage between family or household members. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 321-471

A domestic violence fatality review team, its members, and any entity, agency, or individual participating in, or cooperating in, the review of a domestic violence fatality pursuant to this part shall not be civilly or criminally liable for providing the information required under this part.
