(a) The theft or loss of any substance regulated pursuant to § 329-61 discovered by any person regulated by this part shall be reported to the department of law enforcement within three days of the receipt of actual knowledge of the discrepancy.

Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 329-66

  • Department: means the department of law enforcement. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 329-1
  • Person: means individual, corporation, government, or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 329-1
(b) Any report made pursuant to this section shall also include the name of the common carrier or person who transports the substance and date of shipment of the substance.
