- Commissioner: means the commissioner of financial institutions of this State. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 412:1-109
- Division: means the division of financial institutions of the department of commerce and consumer affairs of this State. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 412:1-109
Within thirty days after election or appointment, a record of the names and addresses of the members of the board and such other committees and officers, as required by the commissioner, shall be filed with the division of financial institutions.
