- Commission: means the interstate insurance product regulation commission established by this compact. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 431:30-102
- Member: means the commissioner of a compacting state, as its representative to the commission, or the commissioner's designee. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 431:30-102
The commission, upon the request of a member, shall attempt to resolve any disputes or other issues that are subject to this compact and that may arise between two or more compacting states, or between compacting states and noncompacting states, and shall adopt an operating procedure providing for resolution of such disputes.
