Under the Hawaii Revised Statutes, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:| Class | Prison | Fine |

Any person who violates this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Unless otherwise expressly provided, the remedies or penalties provided by this chapter are cumulative to each other and to the remedies or penalties available under all other laws of this State.
