Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 803-49
- Person: means any official, employee, or agent of the United States or this State or political subdivision thereof, and any individual, partnership, association, joint stock company, trust, or corporation. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 803-41
If any portion or subsection of this part or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other sections or applications of the part which can be given effect without the invalid section or application, and to this end the provisions of this part are declared to be severable.
