Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes > Chapter 577E - Commission On Fatherhood

  • Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
  • county: includes the city and county of Honolulu. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 1-22
