Idaho Code 38-1514 – State Not Liable for Acts or Omissions of the Commission or of Its Employees

Commission: means the Idaho forest products commission created by section 38-1503, Idaho Code. See Idaho Code 38-1502
State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories; and the words "United States" may include the District of Columbia and territories. See Idaho Code 73-114

The state of Idaho is not liable for the acts or omissions of the commission or any member thereof or any officer, agent or employee thereof.
