Terms Used In Idaho Code 38-407

  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories; and the words "United States" may include the District of Columbia and territories. See Idaho Code 73-114
The state treasurer shall be custodian of an account which is hereby created to be known as the "forest management account," into which shall be paid all funds accruing or received under any and all of the provisions of sections 38-401—38-410, Idaho Code.
