  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
All of the provisions of this chapter shall apply to and confer all rights, privileges, exemptions and immunities upon the trust fund established for the purposes contemplated in this chapter, and the administrator, insured owners or operators of petroleum tanks, beneficiaries, and participants thereof. The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any railroad, railroad corporation, or any employee thereof when such employee is acting in the course of his employment for any such railroad or railroad corporation.
