Terms Used In Idaho Code 59-1106

  • Public law: A public bill or joint resolution that has passed both chambers and been enacted into law. Public laws have general applicability nationwide.
  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories; and the words "United States" may include the District of Columbia and territories. See Idaho Code 73-114
There is hereby established a fund in the state treasury to be known as the social security trust fund for the sole purpose of receiving contributions of the state and political subdivisions, and taxes on employees, under the Federal Old Age and Survivors Insurance program, under Public Law 734, 81st Congress of the United States, and in accordance with sections 59-110159-1104.
