Terms Used In Idaho Code 67-5912
- Commission: means the commission on human rights created by this chapter;
Idaho Code 67-5902State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories; and the words "United States" may include the District of Columbia and territories. See Idaho Code 73-114
The members of the commission, the attorney general and any personnel they employ or state employees they utilize shall be immune from civil personal liability for any act performed or omitted in the course of carrying out the provisions of this act.
