Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 105 ILCS 5/2-3.2
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
To file all papers, reports and public documents transmitted to it by the school officers of the several counties, for each year separately; and to keep all other public documents, books and papers relative to schools, coming into its hands as State Board of Education.
