  • Remainder: An interest in property that takes effect in the future at a specified time or after the occurrence of some event, such as the death of a life tenant.
     If any clause, sentence, Section, provision or part of this Act shall be adjudged to be unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such judgment shall not impair, affect or invalidate the remainder of this Act, which shall be in full force and effect thereafter.
