- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
The Department shall inspect a physical fitness facility in response to a complaint filed with the Department alleging a violation of this Act. For the purpose of ensuring compliance with this Act, the Department may inspect a physical fitness facility at other times in accordance with rules adopted by the Department.
