Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 225 ILCS 235/3.18

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     “Planned use inspection” means an inspection of a certified or non-certified technician to observe the procedures for preparation, application, and disposal of pesticides to ensure that they are performed in accordance with this Act, the Illinois Pesticide Act, the Environmental Protection Act, the rules and regulations of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, and other applicable State law.
