- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
At the conclusion of the hearing, the Commission shall prepare a written report of its findings and recommendations. The report shall contain a finding whether or not the accused person or entity violated this Act or failed to comply with the conditions required in this Act. The finding is not admissible in evidence against the person in a criminal prosecution brought for the violation of this Act, but the hearing and finding are not a bar to a criminal prosecution brought for the violation of this Act.
