     The court in its discretion may place costs, fines, and penalties collected pursuant to this Act into the Illinois Charity Bureau Fund created in § 19 of the Charitable Trust Act and such shall be expended by the Attorney General for the enforcement and administration of this Act to protect the public interest in charitable funds and subject to transfer by appropriation of said funds to the Attorney General’s Grant Fund at the Attorney General’s direction.
