Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 25 ILCS 145/5.01

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     To establish offices of the System, to be open during normal business hours of State offices and at all times when either house of the General Assembly is in session and there to provide such written and printed materials and other services related to the purposes of this Act as the General Assembly may require.
