Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 305 ILCS 5/12-4.105

  • Fiscal year: The fiscal year is the accounting period for the government. For the federal government, this begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. The fiscal year is designated by the calendar year in which it ends; for example, fiscal year 2006 begins on October 1, 2005 and ends on September 30, 2006.
  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     Subject to funding availability resulting from transfers made from the Hospital Provider Fund to the Healthcare Provider Relief Fund as authorized under this Code, for State fiscal year 2017 and State fiscal year 2018, and for each State fiscal year thereafter in which the assessment under Section 5A-2 is imposed, the Department of Healthcare and Family Services shall pay to the human poison control center designated under the Poison Control System Act an amount of not less than $3,000,000 for each of State fiscal years 2017 through 2020, and for State fiscal years 2021 through 2023 an amount of not less than $3,750,000 and for State fiscal years 2024 through 2026 an amount of not less than $4,000,000 and for the period July 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 an amount of not less than $2,000,000, if the human poison control center is in operation.
