Remittances from or on behalf of licensed long-term care facilities through Department of Healthcare and Family Services reimbursement and monies from other funds for Day Training Programs for clients with a developmental disability shall be deposited with the State Treasurer and placed in the Mental Health Fund.
     The Auditor General shall audit or cause to be audited all amounts collected by the Department.
