  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
     In any application for appointment to the service of the District, the age stated therein shall be conclusive evidence of the applicant’s age for the purposes of this Article, but the Board may require such evidence of an employee’s age as it deems necessary, and may fix such age for the purposes of this Article based upon such evidence.
