Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 40 ILCS 5/2-142
- individual: shall include every infant member of the species homo sapiens who is born alive at any stage of development. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.36
To submit an individual statement to any participating member upon the member’s request. The statement shall show the amount of accumulations to the member’s credit as of the latest date practicable.
