- individual: shall include every infant member of the species homo sapiens who is born alive at any stage of development. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.36
This Code does not apply to any individual who first becomes a member of the Regional Transportation Authority Board on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 98th General Assembly with respect to service on that Board.
