Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 40 ILCS 5/22B-105
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
“Participating pension fund” means any pension fund established pursuant to Article 3 of this Code that has transferred securities, funds, assets, and moneys, and responsibility for custody and control of those securities, funds, assets, and moneys, to the Fund pursuant to Section 3-132.1.
