  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     The Agency shall promulgate rules as necessary and dedicate sufficient resources to implement Section 27 of this Act. Such rules shall be consistent with applicable provisions of the Clean Air Act and any regulations promulgated pursuant thereto. The Secretary of State may promulgate rules to implement Section 35 of this Act.
