Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 425 ILCS 7/20
- individual: shall include every infant member of the species homo sapiens who is born alive at any stage of development. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.36
With the exception of willful and wanton misconduct, any individual who in good faith acts in accordance with the terms of this Act or assisting in reporting shall not be subject to any civil or criminal liability or discipline for unprofessional conduct.
