The plans and specifications for the South Suburban Airport project shall comply with the following:
(1) the Department’s standards for other projects
(1) the Department’s standards for other projects

of a similar nature or as otherwise provided in the public-private agreement;
|
(2) the Professional Engineering Practice Act of
|
1989, the Structural Engineering Practice Act of 1989, the Illinois Architecture Practice Act of 1989, and the Illinois Professional Land Surveyor Act of 1989; and
|
(3) any other applicable State or federal
|
standards.

Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 620 ILCS 75/2-110
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
