Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 65 ILCS 5/11-48.3-27
- Authority: means any Municipal Zoo Authority, as provided in this Division. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 65 ILCS 5/11-48.3-2
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
All property of an Authority created pursuant to this Division shall be exempt from taxation by the State or any taxing unit therein.
