Property owned by a forest preserve district and property in which a forest preserve district is the grantee of a conservation easement or the grantee of a conservation right as defined in Section 1(a) of the Real Property Conservation Rights Act shall not be subject to eminent domain or condemnation proceedings, except as otherwise provided in § 15 of the O’Hare Modernization Act and § 2-100 of the Public-Private Agreements for the South Suburban Airport Act.
