Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 725 ILCS 105/9.1
- individual: shall include every infant member of the species homo sapiens who is born alive at any stage of development. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.36
For purposes of this Section, “shared position” means a position in which individuals share the salary and employee benefits. For purposes of seniority, each individual shall receive credit at a rate equal to the percentage of time employed in a shared position. Attorneys sharing a position may not engage in the private practice of law.
