Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 24 months from August 14, 1997, by the City of Champaign for the acquisition of land and easements in and adjacent to the City of Champaign for the improvement of Windsor Road and Duncan Road and for the construction of the Boneyard Creek Improvement Project.
