Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 2 years following July 30, 1999, by the City of Taylorville for the acquisition of land used for the construction of the second silt dam on Lake Taylorville; the project area is limited to the townships of Greenwood, Johnson, and Locust in southern Christian County.
