- Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.
Any lien provided for by this chapter may be enforced by civil action in the circuit court of the county in which the leasehold, or pipeline, or some part thereof, is situated. Such action shall be brought within one year from the time of the filing of the lien statement as provided for in Section 10.
