Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 815 ILCS 408/2

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     Whenever a seller advertises that consumer goods are for sale and that advertisement states the price of the consumer goods, the stated price must include all services incidental to the proper use of the goods by the purchaser, or the ad must state clearly that such services will be furnished at extra cost.
