  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
     Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a business offense and upon conviction thereof shall be punished for the first offense by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, and for a second or subsequent offense by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars. Each act done, prohibited by this act, shall constitute a separate violation and offense hereunder.
