Sec. 10. “Asbestos”, for purposes of IC 13-17-6, means an asbestiform variety of the following:

(1) Chrysotile (serpentine).

(3) Amosite (cummingtonite-grunerite).

(4) Anthophyllite.

(5) Tremolite.

(6) Actinolite.
