Indiana Code 13-11-2-66.9. “End of life vehicle”

Sec. 66.9. “End of life vehicle”, for purposes of IC 13-20-17.7, means a motor vehicle that is:

(1) sold; or

(2) otherwise conveyed;

to a motor vehicle recycler for the purpose of recycling.
