Sec. 3. The sources of money for the fund are the following:
(A) IC 13-18-10.
(1) The fees and delinquent charges collected under the following:
(B) IC 13-18-20.
(C) IC 13-18-20.5.
(D) IC 13-20-21.
(E) IC 13-22-12.
(2) Appropriations from the general assembly.
