- individual with a disability: has the meaning set forth in IC 16-32-2-1(a). See Indiana Code 16-32-3-1.2
Sec. 1.5. (a) As used in this chapter, “service animal” refers to a dog or miniature horse individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability.
