Indiana Code 16-36-7-17. “Notarial officer”

Sec. 17. As used in this chapter, “notarial officer” means a person who is authorized under IC 33-42-9-7 to perform a notarial act (as defined in IC 33-42-0.5-18). The term includes a notary public.
