Sec. 16. (a) This section does not apply to section 3 of this chapter.
For details, see Ind. Code § 35-50-3-3 (c) Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.
(b) Except as provided, a person who recklessly violates or fails to comply with this chapter commits a Class B misdemeanor.
