- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Sec. 1. Except as provided in this chapter, a corporation or local health department may not impose any registration, certification, or licensing requirements on food handling or certified food protection managers.
