Indiana Code 2-5-1.2-4. “Committee”

Sec. 4. “Committee” refers to a commission, a committee, or another body (however designated) established under this article, including a subcommittee established under Ind. Code § 2-5-1.3-12 and a committee established under Ind. Code § 2-5-1.3-14.
