- task force: refers to the 21st century energy policy development task force established by section 2 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 2-5-45.1-1
Sec. 5. All meetings of the task force shall be open to the public in accordance with and subject to Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5. All records of the task force are subject to the requirements of Ind. Code § 5-14-3.
