Sec. 8. The task force shall:

(1) issue a report setting forth the determinations and recommendations it makes under this chapter; and

  • task force: refers to the drainage task force established by section 2 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 2-5-51-1
(2) not later than December 1, 2023, submit the report:

(A) in an electronic format under Ind. Code § 5-14-6 to the executive director of the legislative services agency for distribution to the members of the general assembly; and

(B) to the governor.
